Stop the Return of Nuclear Testing
The Trump Administration is posturing to return the deadly practice of explosive nuclear testing. Nuclear weapons testing is banned internationally under the Comprehensive Test Ban Treaty. The United States hasn’t conducted an explosive nuclear test since 1992, and in spite of passing the renewed Radiation Exposure Compensation Act in 2025, the nation still hasn’t reckoned with the full health and environmental ramifications of decades of testing, which has harmed millions of people.
